Questions owners ask

Which areas do you cover?

Pinellas County, Florida, for now. You tell us the towns or ZIP codes you serve, and your report covers those.

What’s in each report?

Pool homes that recently sold and county permits that appear to be for a new pool. Each entry lists the street address, town, sale or permit date, and roughly how far it is from you.

What does “opportunity” mean here?

A property that may need pool service, based on public records. It isn’t a lead: the owner hasn’t asked to be contacted, and there’s no guarantee they need a new pool company. Reports aren’t exclusive, since anyone can look up public records.

How recent is the information?

Home sales usually reach county records 2 to 4 weeks after closing, so most sales in a report happened within the last month. Permits tend to show up sooner.

How many properties will I get each week?

It varies with what the county records in your area. Some weeks are busier than others, and there’s no set number.

Do reports include homeowner phone numbers or emails?

No. Reports list property addresses from public county records, which don’t include homeowners’ phone numbers or email addresses.

What do ongoing reports cost?

The sample is free. Pricing for ongoing reports isn’t published yet, so ask Jon at [email protected].
